The Underkeep is a new Delve introduced in WoW TWW expansion. Completing each story variant of this delve allows you to get The Underkeep Stories achievement.
During the Underkeep boost, you will complete various puzzles and defeat hordes of enemies, including Nerubian Threadmancer, Nerubian Slasher, Skittering Menace, and Ascended Webfriar. Our expert gamers will help you clear this delve and defeat the final boss, Researcher Ven'kex.
Our Underkeep Delve runs come in two options: self-played (carry) mode and account-sharing mode.
- Self-played mode is more secure and allows you to gain experience by playing alongside professional gamers without sharing your account information.
- Piloted mode is also available, where we use proven security measures to safeguard your account (VPN of your country and city, or our exclusive HMB software).
Underkeep boosting service allows you to get new PvE gear (from the end-run chest and weekly GV), currencies (Weathered Harbinger Crests, Valorstones, Resonance Crystals, and Undercoins), achievements, and cosmetics like the Soporific Shroom Cap. You will complete the delve with one of our professional PvE teams at your desired difficulty, up to Tier 11.
Weekly Great Vault rewards depend on the highest tier of the delve you complete.

WoW Underkeep Delve Overview
Delve Location: The Underkeep is located on the South side of Azj-Kahet, Khaz Algar, at coordinates /way #2216 57.3 64.9.
To get to the Underkeep, you can take the flight path located in the City of Threads. It is on the lower level of the Tranformatory's land, on the web bridges in the northwest. There are several non-elite mobs below, so it's best to fly directly in to avoid them.
