Suppose you purchased the wrong service or you’ve changed your mind. In that case, you can contact our support via e-mail, Skype, Discord, or Facebook Messenger and report your problem.
We will execute the best solution to resolve your issue, or we will return your money (provide a refund).
If your service was not completed
If there was any reason why we couldn’t fulfill your service, we can provide various solutions:
- Offer you another service for a price that won’t surpass the one you have already paid
- Complete your service on a later date if possible
- A refund: partial or full, depending on the order progress
Partial refunds policy
You can request and get a full refund at any time before the service is started. If you changed your mind, but the service you had bought has already started, we will provide a partial refund. The amount of the refunded sum depends on the amount of work that has been done.
For example, you bought 10x Mythic+ dungeons and decided to cancel your order after we had completed 7x of them. In this case, you will get a refund for 3x dungeons that haven’t been finished, so that it will be a 30% compensation.
How to Refund your money or change your order?
Contact us via e-mail, Skype, Discord, or Facebook Messenger, and provide us your:
- Full name
- Order ID
- Order date
- The amount of money you paid and the payment method
- Reason for your appeal
If we do not reach a consensus, further debate can be redirected to the court based on the laws and regulations of the UAE.
