Best Counter Strike 2 Agents Guide (Tier List)

Counter-Strike 2 agent skins are full-body character models that replace the default look of your in-game operator. They show up in third person, on the buy menu, and in match-end accolades — and their sleeves stay visible in your first-person view the entire round, sitting right next to your gloves and knife. That’s why picking the right CS2 agent is as important to a clean loadout as picking the right glove.

icon In this guide we’ll cover the default agents in Counter-Strike 2, all the best T-side and CT-side agent skins, their sleeves, voice lines, current approximate prices, and which gloves they pair with:

We’ll also start with a full tier list so you can see at a glance which agents in CS2 are worth chasing.

How to Get Agent Skins in CS2

How to get agent skins in CS2 – Steam Market, trading, Armory Pass, third-party sites, operation collections – Counter-Strike 2 agent skin guide

icon If you’ve ever wondered how to get agent skins in CS2, here’s the short version: you can’t earn them in-game right now. Agents were originally rewards from CS:GO operation passes — which carried over directly when Counter-Strike 2 launched. Players paid for the operation, completed missions, collected stars, and unlocked agents from the operation shop. There were three operations that introduced all CS2 agent skins:

Operation Shattered Web (November 2019) — 22 agents
Operation Broken Fang (December 2020) — 20 agents
Operation Riptide (September 2021) — 21 agents

icon  Since Counter-Strike 2 launched, no new operations have been released, and Valve hasn’t added any new agents. So how do you get agent skins in CS2 today? You buy them. There are a few options:

Steam Community Market — the safest place, but you’ll pay Steam’s marketplace fees and your money is locked inside Steam
Third-party marketplaces — sites like CSFloat (https://csfloat.com) usually have lower prices, real-money payouts, and better filtering tools
Trading with other players — if you have skins to swap, you can trade directly

For most people the choice comes down to Steam Market vs. a third-party site. Steam is convenient if you already have a Steam wallet balance; third-party markets are usually cheaper and let you cash out.

Default Agents in CS2

Default agents in CS2 – default Counter-Strike 2 operator skins for Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist factions without any cosmetic unlocks

icon Before we get into the paid skins, let’s talk about the default agent in Counter-Strike 2 for each side. If you don’t equip an agent, the game will use one of two stock models:

CS2 Default T Agent — Phoenix Connexion

The default T side agent CS2 look is the classic Phoenix Connexion model — a balaclava, dark green jacket, and tactical vest. He uses the standard shared Phoenix voice lines (no unique callouts). Sleeves are dark olive with no flair. The default T agent in Counter-Strike 2 is what every player has if they don’t own anything else.

CS2 Default CT Agent — SAS

The default CT agent CS2 model is the SAS operator. Black uniform, black balaclava, gas mask. Voice is the standard SAS male voice shared with two other SAS agents. In CS:GO the default agent used to change based on the map (FBI on Office, IDF on Dust 2, etc.), but right now in Counter-Strike 2 the default CT agent only shows SAS regardless of the map. Valve has hinted that map-based defaults could come back, but for now it’s just SAS for CT and Phoenix Connexion for T.

If you’ve never bought an agent skin, those are what you’re using right now.

Best T-Side Agents in CS2

Best T-Side agents in CS2 – top Terrorist operator skins ranked by model size, camouflage, and visibility for competitive advantage

icon T-side agents are the more colorful, expressive ones in Counter-Strike 2. The Professionals faction has some of the most expensive and iconic skins in the entire game, and the Guerrilla Warfare and Sabre factions bring great budget options. Here are the best T agent CS2 picks ranked by visual impact and value.

Sir Bloody Miami Darryl | The Professionals (from $102.12)

The most expensive agent in Counter-Strike 2 and probably the most famous. Miami Darryl wears a bright pink-and-white Hawaiian shirt under a gray suit jacket, gold watch, and a creepy white mask. Master tier agent from Operation Broken Fang.

Voice: unique Australian-accented voice lines shared across all Bloody Darryl agents — easy to recognize the moment you hear them.
Sleeves: clean white shirt sleeves with rolled cuffs and a visible gold watch on the wrist.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: Specialist Gloves, Hand Wraps in muted tones, anything pink-themed (Specialist Gloves Crimson Web), or any glove that doesn’t fight the loud color palette of the body.
Strengths: unmistakable design, top-tier flex, retains value over time.
Weaknesses: very expensive, the loud color scheme can clash with darker inventories.

Getaway Sally | The Professionals (from $84.43)

One of the best female T-side agents in Counter-Strike 2. Sally wears a white dress shirt, black beanie, and sunglasses — a clean heist-movie look. Exceptional tier (not Master).

Voice: female Professionals voice — unique to Sally and her variants, shared with no other agent.
Sleeves: plain white dress shirt sleeves with no accessories — one of only two agents with true white sleeves.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: almost any glove looks great with white sleeves — Sport Gloves Vice, Hydra Gloves Case Hardened, Driver Gloves Convoy. The clean white background makes the gloves pop.
Strengths: clean white sleeves, unique female voice, works with bright gloves.
Weaknesses: white sleeves can be a slight visibility tell on some maps.

Sir Bloody Loudmouth Darryl | The Professionals (from $70.70)

The original Bloody Darryl meme before Miami took over. Wide-grinning clown mask and “Let’s get this party started!” voice lines. Master tier from Broken Fang.

Voice: Australian Bloody Darryl voice (same as all Darryls).
Sleeves: dark suit sleeves with watch.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: anything goes since the suit is muted — Specialist Gloves, Sport Gloves.
Strengths: unique mask, Master tier voice lines.
Weaknesses: clown mask isn’t for everyone, expensive.

Number K | The Professionals (from $55.97)

Probably the most meme’d agent in CS2. Number K wears a panty hose stocking over his head with a clean white dress shirt, gray vest, and military boots. Fans even show up to LAN tournaments with stockings over their heads to cosplay him. Master tier from Operation Broken Fang.

Voice: standard male Professionals voice — same as Little Kev and other male Professionals (not unique).
Sleeves: crisp white dress shirt sleeves — one of only two agents with true white sleeves in the entire game.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: anything dark for contrast — Driver Gloves Imperial Plaid, Specialist Gloves Crimson Web, Sport Gloves Vice (the white sleeves frame any glove perfectly).
Strengths: iconic design, white sleeves pair with any glove, big community following.
Weaknesses: the mask is divisive, price keeps climbing.

Vypa Sista of the Revolution | Guerrilla Warfare (from $49.99)

Master agent from Operation Riptide. Female guerrilla fighter with jungle camo, tied-back hair, and a distinct silhouette. Vypa is the female counterpart to Crasswater and shares the same classic CS 1.6 Guerrilla DNA — sleeveless, rugged, bandolier slung across the chest. She’s basically what the iconic Guerrilla model from 1.6 would have looked like as a female fighter, brought into Counter-Strike 2.

Voice: unique female voice lines — one of only three unique Master T agents.
Sleeves: sleeveless — exposed forearms.
Side: T (Guerrilla Warfare).
Best gloves: any glove looks great with sleeveless — Sport Gloves Hedge Maze, Hand Wraps Cobalt Skulls, Bloodhound Gloves.
Strengths: sleeveless, unique female agent voice, distinct silhouette, classic Guerrilla nostalgia.
Weaknesses: jungle camo doesn’t match every loadout.

Sir Bloody Darryl Royale | The Professionals (from $49.22)

Dark gray and yellow mask with a crown emblem. Master tier with the same voice lines as Miami Darryl. Many players consider this the best agent for a purple loadout in CS2 because the dark mask and muted suit pair beautifully with purple gloves.

Voice: Australian Bloody Darryl voice.
Sleeves: dark suit sleeves with crown bandolier strap visible from third-person.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: purple-themed — Sport Gloves Amphibious, Specialist Gloves Field Agent, Driver Gloves Imperial Plaid.
Strengths: Master tier at a much lower price than Miami, versatile colors.
Weaknesses: less iconic than Miami.

Little Kev | The Professionals (from $42.15)

The “younger brother” of Sir Bloody Darryl. Clean look with sunglasses, suit, and a deadpan expression. Exceptional tier.

Voice: standard male Professionals voice (shared with Number K).
Sleeves: dark suit sleeves with rolled cuffs.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: professional-looking — Driver Gloves King Snake, Specialist Gloves Field Agent.
Strengths: clean professional look, more affordable than Master Professionals.
Weaknesses: no unique voice.

Sir Bloody Skullhead Darryl | The Professionals (from $41.85)

Skull-print mask variant of the Bloody Darryl line. More restrained than Miami but still iconic. Master tier.

Voice: Australian Bloody Darryl voice.
Sleeves: dark suit sleeves.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: dark gloves for the gothic theme — Specialist Gloves Crimson Web, Bloodhound Gloves Charred.
Strengths: Master tier voice at a reasonable price.
Weaknesses: less iconic than Miami.

Bloody Darryl The Strapped | The Professionals (from $40.01)

Tactical Bloody Darryl variant with full chest rig over the suit. Master tier.

Voice: Australian Bloody Darryl voice.
Sleeves: dark suit sleeves with chest gear visible.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: tactical-feeling — Specialist Gloves Crimson Kimono, Driver Gloves Black Tie.
Strengths: more tactical look than other Darryls.
Weaknesses: the chest rig clutters the silhouette.

Sir Bloody Silent Darryl | The Professionals (from $39.78)

The most subtle Darryl variant — plain white mask, suit, no flashy details. Master tier.

Voice: Australian Bloody Darryl voice.
Sleeves: standard suit sleeves.
Side: T (The Professionals).
Best gloves: flexible — works with most muted glove tones.
Strengths: cheapest path to Bloody Darryl voice lines.
Weaknesses: least visually distinctive of the Darryls.

Jungle Rebel | Elite Crew (from $33.41)

A fan-favorite T agent with a cool throwback design. Jungle Rebel is a direct callback to the Leet model from CS 1.6 — the green long-sleeve shirt, tan pants, the whole look. If you played CS 1.6 or Source back in the day, you’ll know the green-shirt rebel right away. Valve brought him back almost 1:1 with this agent, and for old-school CS players he’s a great nostalgia pick.

Voice: standard Elite Crew male voice.
Sleeves: green long-sleeve shirt — old CS players will spot it right away.
Side: T (Elite Crew).
Best gloves: green or earth tones — Sport Gloves Hedge Maze, Hand Wraps Giraffe, Driver Gloves Convoy.
Strengths: classic Leet 1.6 nostalgia, clean look.
Weaknesses: Distinguished tier, no unique voice.

‘Medium Rare’ Crasswater | Guerrilla Warfare (from $33.03)

The “younger” Crasswater — slightly more clothing, less battle damage, but the same red bandana and rugged Guerrilla aesthetic. Just like Crasswater The Forgotten, Medium Rare Crasswater is a direct callback to the iconic CS 1.6 Guerrilla model. He’s the budget-friendly way to get that classic 1.6 Guerrilla look in Counter-Strike 2 without paying Master tier prices.

Voice: unique voice lines shared with Crasswater The Forgotten — different from the standard Guerrilla Warfare voice.
Sleeves: sleeveless — exposed forearms.
Side: T (Guerrilla Warfare).
Best gloves: sleeveless = anything works — Hand Wraps Leather, Bloodhound Gloves, Driver Gloves Convoy.
Strengths: classic Guerrilla nostalgia, sleeveless for max glove visibility, cheaper than Crasswater The Forgotten.
Weaknesses: Exceptional tier, less battle-worn detail than Forgotten variant.

Crasswater The Forgotten | Guerrilla Warfare (from $29.19)

A Master tier Guerrilla Warfare agent from Operation Riptide. Battle-worn vest, red bandana, dog tags, and exposed arms with visible muscle and tattoos. He looks like he walked straight out of a 90s action movie — and the design is a clear nod to one of the most iconic Counter-Strike player models ever.

If you’ve played CS 1.6, you’ll spot the connection right away. Crasswater is a direct callback to the classic Guerrilla model from CS 1.6 — the muscle-bound merc with the red bandana, dog tags, and sleeveless tank top. Valve kept that same silhouette and updated it with modern textures. For old-school CS fans, this agent is a great way to bring the 1.6 look into Counter-Strike 2.

Voice: unique voice lines (different from the standard Guerrilla Warfare male voice) — shared only with ‘Medium Rare’ Crasswater.
Sleeves: completely sleeveless — exposed forearms with tattoos and dog tags.
Side: T (Guerrilla Warfare).
Best gloves: sleeveless agents pair with everything, but Hand Wraps Leather, Bloodhound Gloves, and Driver Gloves are top picks because they get full visual focus.
Strengths: sleeveless = max glove visibility, unique voice, rugged aesthetic, classic Guerrilla nostalgia.
Weaknesses: the muscle aesthetic isn’t for everyone.

Arno The Overgrown | Elite Crew (from $23.86)

Heavy camo gear with a forest green color scheme. Stands out compared to the usual urban T agents.

Voice: standard Elite Crew male voice.
Sleeves: heavy green camo.
Side: T (Elite Crew).
Best gloves: green-themed — Sport Gloves Hedge Maze, Hand Wraps Giraffe.
Strengths: unique green camo for T-side, affordable.
Weaknesses: locks into green loadouts.

‘The Doctor’ Romanov | Sabre (from $15.71)

The cheapest red (Master) tier T-side agent in Counter-Strike 2. Sleek leather coat, slicked-back hair, round glasses. He’s got that Eastern European villain look — perfect if you like a classy, mean-looking T agent. Master tier from Operation Shattered Web.

Voice: unique voice lines (different from standard Sabre voice).
Sleeves: dark leather jacket sleeves with rolled cuffs and a visible watch.
Side: T (Sabre).
Best gloves: Driver Gloves Imperial Plaid, Bloodhound Gloves Bronzed, Hand Wraps Leather. Anything dark and leather-themed.
Strengths: cheapest Master T agent with unique voice, perfect for dark loadouts.
Weaknesses: less recognizable than Professionals.

The Elite Mr. Muhlik | Elite Crew (from $11.98)

A Master tier agent from Shattered Web. Sharp-dressed Elite Crew member with sunglasses, beard, and bandolier across the chest.

Voice: unique voice lines — one of only three truly unique Master T agents (along with Romanov and Vypa).
Sleeves: light blue dress shirt sleeves with rolled cuffs.
Side: T (Elite Crew).
Best gloves: clean blue or white tones — Sport Gloves Pandora’s Box, Hand Wraps Slaughter, Specialist Gloves Tiger Strike.
Strengths: unique voice, clean and stylish design, great value at this price.
Weaknesses: light blue locks color theme.

Rezan The Ready / Rezan the Redshirt | Sabre (from $9.43–$10.50)

Famous for mismatching sleeves — one red rolled up and one gray. The two-tone first-person view is one of the most unique looks in the game.

Voice: standard Sabre male voice.
Sleeves: mismatched red/gray (Ready) or red/beige (Redshirt) — only mismatched sleeves in Counter-Strike 2.
Side: T (Sabre).
Best gloves: Scarlet-themed — Bloodhound Gloves Snakebite, Specialist Gloves Crimson Kimono, Hand Wraps Slaughter.
Strengths: completely unique two-color sleeves, affordable.
Weaknesses: the color combo is locked in, shared voice.

A clean Elite Crew agent with an iconic skull-faced mask. Exceptional tier from Shattered Web.

Voice: standard Elite Crew male voice.
Sleeves: dark Elite Crew jacket sleeves.
Side: T (Elite Crew).
Best gloves: dark or skull-themed — Specialist Gloves Crimson Web, Bloodhound Gloves Charred.
Strengths: unique mask, affordable.
Weaknesses: shared voice.

Soldier / Slingshot / Enforcer | Phoenix (from $6.41–$9.69)

Some of the best cheap agent skins in Counter-Strike 2. Phoenix faction agents are sleeveless or short-sleeved in green or beige tones. Close to the default T look but cleaner.

Voice: shared standard Phoenix voice (4 Phoenix agents + the default T agent all use it).
Sleeves: sleeveless or short rolled-up sleeves depending on agent.
Side: T (Phoenix).
Best gloves: anything goes with sleeveless — Hand Wraps Desert Shamagh, Driver Gloves Convoy.
Strengths: very cheap, sleeveless looks great with any glove.
Weaknesses: not flashy, no unique voice.

Sleeves: sleeveless with rolled-up shirt.
Side: T (Sabre).
Best gloves: rugged tones — Hand Wraps Leather, Bloodhound Gloves Bronzed.
Strengths: budget sleeveless option.
Weaknesses: generic look, no unique voice.

Best CT-side agents in CS2 – top Counter-Strike 2 counter-terrorist operator skins ranked by model size, camouflage, and sleeve visibility for competitive advantage

A premium CT agent with a striking gas mask and clean black uniform. One of the most distinctive-looking CT agents with the gas mask and orange visor lenses giving it a Warhammer-like vibe.

Side: CT (NZSAS).
Best gloves: any glove pairs with black — Specialist Gloves Crimson Kimono, Driver Gloves Imperial Plaid, Sport Gloves Vice.
Strengths: intimidating gas mask design, clean black sleeves.
Weaknesses: expensive, no unique voice.

Cmdr. Davida ‘Goggles’ Fernandez | SEAL Frogman (from $55.91)

The female counterpart to Wet Sox, also from Riptide. Similar wetsuit design.

Voice: female SEAL Frogman voice — rare female voice on CT.
Sleeves: dark blue wetsuit, tight to the arm.
Side: CT (SEAL Frogman).
Best gloves: Sport Gloves Vice, Driver Gloves Imperial Plaid.
Strengths: female CT Master agent (rare), dark sleek look.
Weaknesses: very similar aesthetic to Wet Sox.

Primeiro Tenente | Brazilian 1st Battalion (from $54.59)

Sleeves: completely sleeveless — exposed forearms with no fabric. Very popular for one reason: max glove visibility on CT, where almost everyone else has sleeves.

Special Agent Ava | FBI (from $22.14)

The most iconic CT agent in Counter-Strike 2 and the answer to “what’s the best CT agent in CS2?” for many players. Ava is the first female CS2 agent ever introduced, wearing a blue FBI jacket with the giant yellow “AGENT” lettering. Master tier from Shattered Web.

Voice: unique female FBI voice — one of the only female voice lines on CT side, easy to recognize and a big part of why she’s so popular.
Sleeves: dark blue FBI jacket sleeves with the FBI patch on the shoulder.
Side: CT (FBI).
Best gloves: blue-themed — Specialist Gloves Tiger Strike, Sport Gloves Pandora’s Box, Hand Wraps CAUTION!. Yellow accents from the FBI logo also pair with yellow gloves.
Strengths: iconic, unique female voice, fair price for a Master agent.

B Squadron Officer | SAS (from $10.62)

Base SAS agent available in several sleeve color variants — green, gray, white, and black camo. Lots of flexibility because you can pick the variant that matches your loadout.

Heads up: a fun fact a lot of players miss — the B Squadron Officer is actually a Black operator under the gas mask, and his fingers are clearly dark. This matters if you plan to pair him with fingerless gloves like Hand Wraps, Bloodhound Gloves, or Moto Gloves. The exposed dark fingers will show through the cutouts and may not match the rest of your glove skin. If you want true fingerless gloves, a different CT agent is a safer pick. Note that Driver Gloves are not a problem here — even though they look fingerless, your fingers are actually tucked inside the glove, so dark fingers don’t show through.

Voice: standard SAS male voice (shared with default CT agent).
Sleeves: green/gray/white/black camo variants.
Side: CT (SAS).
Best gloves: closed-finger gloves work best — Specialist Gloves, Sport Gloves, Hydra Gloves, Driver Gloves. Avoid true fingerless gloves like Hand Wraps and Bloodhound because of the dark exposed fingers.
Strengths: sleeve color options, affordable.
Weaknesses: Distinguished tier, no unique voice, true fingerless gloves don’t match the dark hands.

‘Two Times’ McCoy | USAF TACP / TACP Cavalry (from $9.04–$9.58)

Budget CT agent with light green camo. Best for green loadouts on a tight budget.

Voice: standard TACP voice.
Sleeves: light green or muted green camo.

Strengths: cheap, clean green sleeves.
Weaknesses: generic look.

Voice: standard SWAT male voice.
Sleeves: plain muted green tactical sleeves.
Side: CT (FBI HRT).
Best gloves: muted earth tones — Hand Wraps Desert Shamagh, Specialist Gloves Forest DDPAT, Driver Gloves Convoy.
Strengths: very cheap, clean balaclava look, no fluff.
Weaknesses: Distinguished tier, shared voice.

CS2 Agent Sleeves Explained

CS2 agent sleeves explained – first-person sleeve colors for CT and T side, including sleeveless options, brown, white, red, gray, blue, and green sleeves for weapon skin coordination

icon Since your agent’s sleeves are visible in your first-person view at all times, picking the right sleeves matters more than picking the agent body. Here’s how all Counter-Strike 2 agent sleeves break down by color and side.

T-Side Agent Sleeves

White sleeves: only Number K and Getaway Sally — both Professionals. The only true white sleeves in Counter-Strike 2.
Sleeveless: Phoenix Soldier, Vypa, Dragomir/Maximus, Crasswater, Col. Mangos Dabisi, Trapper variants. Most Guerrilla Warfare agents are sleeveless.
Red sleeves: Rezan variants (mismatched red/gray or red/beige). Only mismatched sleeves in Counter-Strike 2.
Wine/burgundy: some Sabre agents.
Olive/green: some Phoenix and Guerrilla Warfare agents.
Black/dark suit: most Professionals (Sir Bloody Darryl variants, Little Kev).

CT-Side Agent Sleeves

Sleeveless on CT: only Lt. Commander Ricksaw (NSWC SEAL) and Lieutenant Rex Krikey (SEAL Frogman). Only two truly sleeveless CT agents.
Black sleeves: Michael Syfers (FBI), D Squadron Officer (NZSAS), some SAS variants. Best black sleeves canvas.
Blue sleeves: Special Agent Ava (FBI), most SWAT agents, Buckshot, Wet Sox.
Green sleeves: majority of CT agents — FBI SWAT operator, KSK, Brazilian 1st Battalion, TACP McCoy.
Camo variants: SAS green/gray, KSK green/orange, multiple SWAT camos.

If you want the best agent sleeves CS2 has to offer, the white sleeves of Number K and Getaway Sally on T-side, plus Ricksaw’s sleeveless look on CT, are your top picks.

Which Agents Pair Best With Different Loadouts

Which CS2 agents pair best with different loadouts – agent skins matched with knife, glove, and weapon finishes – Counter-Strike 2 style guide

icon A few quick recommendations for matching agents to color themes:

Best agent for purple loadout CS2: Sir Bloody Darryl Royale (T) and Special Agent Ava (CT) — the dark mask and FBI navy both work with purple gloves and Doppler Phase 2/4 knives.
Best blue loadout: Special Agent Ava (CT) and Number K (T).
Best green loadout: 3rd Commando Company KSK or Primeiro Tenente (CT) and Arno or any Phoenix/Guerrilla agent (T).
Best black/dark loadout: Michael Syfers (CT) and ‘The Doctor’ Romanov (T).
Best white/clean loadout: Lt. Commander Ricksaw or D Squadron Officer (CT) and Number K or Getaway Sally (T).
Best max-glove-visibility loadout: Lt. Commander Ricksaw (CT) + Crasswater or Vypa (T) — sleeveless agents on both sides give your gloves full screen time.

A Note on Valorant Players

A Note on Valorant Players – CS2 has no agent abilities, only cosmetic skins – no flash, smoke, wallhack, or ultimate – pure aim and strategy

icon If you came to Counter-Strike 2 from Valorant, the agent system might feel familiar but it’s not the same. There’s no best Valorant agent for CS2 players because CS2 agents are purely cosmetic — they don’t have abilities, ultimates, or any gameplay impact. You can equip whichever agent looks best to you and it won’t affect your performance.

CS2 Agent Gloves

CS2 agent gloves guide – glove types: Driver, Hand Wraps, Moto, Specialist, Sport, Broken Fang – how gloves pair with agent sleeves and weapon skins – Counter-Strike 2

icon A common question: do Counter-Strike 2 agents come with gloves? The agent skin includes the hands and the glove model attached to the body, but if you equip a separate gloves skin from your inventory, that overrides the agent’s default gloves in first-person. So your CS2 agent gloves are essentially whatever glove skin you equip — the agent only matters for the sleeves and the third-person view of your hands.

One thing worth knowing: some agents swap your default gloves for their own custom version. For example, certain SEAL Frogman agents come with dark tactical gloves baked into the skin, and a few SWAT and FBI agents have their own glove design as part of the model. These built-in gloves are still pretty basic — they’re not on the same level as a real glove skin from your inventory, and most players will still want to equip a proper gloves skin like Sport Gloves or Specialist Gloves on top.

That said, if you don’t own any glove skins, picking an agent with custom built-in gloves can give you a small bit of variety over the plain default hands. It won’t replace a real glove skin, but it’s a nice-to-have for budget players who want their loadout to feel a bit less stock.

Also worth noting: not all “fingerless” gloves are actually fingerless. Driver Gloves are a good example — they look open at first glance, but your fingers are tucked inside the glove, so they’re effectively closed. This matters when you’re picking an agent like B Squadron Officer (with dark hands underneath) — Driver Gloves are safe, but real fingerless gloves like Hand Wraps and Bloodhound Gloves expose the agent’s actual fingers through the cutouts.

Conclusion

CS2 agent guide conclusion – final tips on choosing agents for visibility, sleeve coordination, and loadout style – Counter-Strike 2

icon The best CS2 agent skins come down to your style and your budget. If you want maximum flex, Sir Bloody Miami Darryl is the most expensive and most recognizable agent in Counter-Strike 2. If you want clean white sleeves to match any loadout, Number K or Getaway Sally are the picks. For CT side, Special Agent Ava is the most iconic CT agent skin in CS2 you can buy with her unique female FBI voice, while Lt. Commander Ricksaw offers a sleeveless Master tier look at a much lower price — perfect for showing off expensive gloves.

For budget players, the 3rd Commando Company KSK and Markus Delrow on CT and ‘The Doctor’ Romanov on T are the best price-to-quality picks in the game. And for everyone in between, the tier list above should give you a good starting point for navigating Counter-Strike 2 agents.

Agent skins haven’t been added to CS2 since Operation Riptide in 2021, so prices on the most popular ones tend to climb over time. If you’re eyeing a specific Counter-Strike 2 agent, it’s usually a good idea to check both the Steam Market and a third-party marketplace before buying — the price gap can be significant. Equip your agent in the Loadout menu under your T or CT slot, and you’re set.
