icon Step 1: Get Ready for the Raid

  • Fireteam: Form a team of 6 players. Use LFG (Looking for Group) tools if you need more players.
  • Gear Up: Equip powerful weapons for boss fights, and weapons like SMGs or grenade launchers for clearing adds.
  • Recommended Weapons:
    • Xenophage: One-shots Oracles and deals significant boss damage.
    • Anarchy: Useful for add control and area-denial.
    • Deathbringer: High DPS option with the Exotic Catalyst.
    • Overload Rounds: Critical for locking down Overload Champions.
    • Void Shotgun: Effective against Minotaurs and Praetorians.
    • Divinity: Creates large crit-spots on bosses.
    • Tractor Cannon: Provides a debuff for increased damage.

icon Step 2: Farm During Featured Week

  • The Vault of Glass raid can be farmed multiple times when it’s the weekly featured raid. Check the weekly reset to see if it’s featured.
  • During the featured week, you can run the raid multiple times on the same character to get loot from each encounter.

icon Step 3: Spend Spoils of Conquest

  • After defeating Atheon, you’ll find a chest called the Cache of Kabr.
  • Use 20 Spoils of Conquest per item to buy weapons or armor you’ve already unlocked.
  • Earn Spoils by completing other raids or encounters in Vault of Glass.

icon Step 4: Locate Hidden Chests

  • There are hidden chests in Vault of Glass that contain mods and gear you’ve already earned.
    • First Hidden Chest: Found after the Templar encounter, near the Gorgon’s Labyrinth.
    • Second Hidden Chest: Located after the Gatekeeper encounter, before the final boss.
  • These chests can drop mods like Enhanced Oracle Disruptor or gear you’ve previously collected.

icon Step 5: Complete Challenges for Extra Rewards

  • Each encounter has a weekly challenge that boosts your chances of getting powerful rewards and increases Exotic drop rates.
  • Check the weekly raid challenge and complete it for additional loot.

Following these steps will help you efficiently farm the Vault of Glass raid for its powerful weapons, armor, and Exotic rewards.
