First Aid follows the Classic skill progression, with different requirements for each rank. Trainers teach the early ranks, while higher levels require manuals or a quest.

To unlock Artisan First Aid, Alliance players can complete Triage with Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Theramore Isle. Horde players can complete the corresponding Triage quest with Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall. The Alliance Trauma and Horde Trauma quests are introductory steps and are not strictly required to access Triage.
