As said above, to earn The Disgruntled Hunter achievement, you need to interact with Hemet Nesingwary Jr. at 11 different Grand Hunt locations spread across four main zones: Ohn’ahran Plains, The Waking Shores, Azure Span, and Thaldraszus.
